Reducing Strain

I’ve spent 16 years helping office and factory workers across Scotland with acute or chronic back, shoulder, neck pain, postural problems and tension headaches from stressful or tiring jobs. I can help to reduce time spent off work as a result of these problems. As a trained and qualified ergonomic consultant, I can help your employees understand and prevent problems occurring in the future with personalised practical advice and information about your working environment.

My treatment methods are particularly suited to treating the tension, stresses and strains caused on your body from repetitive and static working practises.
