TRX exercise classes are an excellent way to manage physical health. The use of the suspension straps enables all levels of fitness or ability. Where you are wanting CV fitness, strength or range of movement the adaptability is there. We recommend the TRX system for general fitness, rehabilitation (FIXT) or just to counter the effects of sedentary occupations and lifestyles.
